For the livelier visitor, this excursion offers dune-bashing, quad-biking, sand skiing and boarding as well as camel riding. Dune-bashing is a sport, where one will be racing in a vehicle through the sand dunes. Usually this is a 4 x 4 with a roll cage in case of the vehicle turning over. Sand skiing is riding skis across the dunes.
Events for the peace-loving customers on this excursion are photography, henna artistry, belly dancers and a delicious barbecue offering Arabic specialties.
