If the cleanliness of the hotel you've chosen is a concern for you, use a clean T-shirt as a pillowcase. While you may not be able to fix the sheets, you can at least stay clothed. If you can search for a day before and a day after a specific date, you will probably see that prices can vary. You may save some money by flying out a day earlier or later. An additional benefit of these bars, is that it will allow you to keep your typical meal schedule. This can help reduce jet lag, and keep your spirits up when faced with irritating delays.Try using the roll technique for packing clothes into your bags for your trips. This generally saves more space and time than with traditionally folding the clothes. You can even fit more clothes in your bag this way. By rolling the clothes up in tissue paper, you can also prevent them from getting too many wrinkles.

Before leaving on an overseas vacation, ensure that there are at least six months from your planned date of travel and when your passport expires. Many airlines will refuse to allow you to board until you meet this minimum necessity. In other cases, you will not be able to enter your destination country. In any case, it is easier to 'be safe than sorry.'Don't be so tight with your time on a road trip, notably if someone needs you to pull over so that they can go to the restroom. An extra 10 minutes will not destroy your vacation or totally ruin your plans. This will also help you avoid grumpy or whiny travelers on the trip.

When traveling, it helps to dress the part. You don't need to replace your entire wardrobe, but dressing to fit in may make your experience more enjoyable. Looking like a tourist by wearing destination T-shirts or other "relaxed" clothes will make you stand out and potentially more vulnerable. Unless you're on a beach, dress casually but still nicely.
